This historic building, formerly a hardware store, faces the iconic red brick streets of downtown Minden. It is located on the block between two thriving restaurants that create foot traffic and exposure to the area. The main entrance is flanked by two large display windows. The first floor opens up to a second floor balcony which has metal railings with brass fittings and large skylights. There are two small offices on the 2nd floor. The building has two sliding bay doors, one located on the alley side and one at the back of the building.
